Before you ask

Do I need to be a Codelab client to get on a plan?

No. We onboard outside-built sites too — there's a short discovery phase where we audit and stabilize before regular Curator work begins.

What happens to unused hours?

On Air, Pro, and Ultra: hours don't roll over month-to-month — they're a reserved capacity, not a balance. On Flex, hours never expire.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, at the end of any billing month. Up, down, sideways. We'll prorate.

Is hosting included or separate?

Included in Air, Pro, Ultra. Available as an add-on on Flex. We host depending on the stack.
