4. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

  • Training customer data: 5 years from the last login to the platform.

  • Financial data (invoices): 10 years (in compliance with Lithuanian laws).

  • Marketing data: Until you withdraw your consent.

5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. For technical functioning, we may use the following sub-processors:

  • Hosting and Security services: Cloudflare (USA). Cloudflare Turnstile collects telemetry (IP addresses, device features, browser signatures) to check if requests are human. This processing is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy: Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.

  • Analytics providers: Google (USA), Meta (USA).
